Branch Manager - Willow Lawn Branch

Qualifications:
Our Branch Managers are responsible for leading and managing the overall branch. The position requires establishing strong relationships with consumer and business clients to develop business resulting in profitability of branch location. The position supports Village Bank initiatives by actively participating in community service and civic organizations. Responsibilities include credit review and analysis for loan approval, providing input into policies associated with the job?s purpose and essential responsibilities, providing and supporting training and development opportunities for branch staff, to include coaching, leadership, mentoring, motivating, and supervising. This position is also responsible for delegating and guiding branch employees to ensure operational excellence for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Knowledge or information required includes sales, networking and relationship building, retail lending process, credit analysis, and supervisory management and coaching techniques.
Four-year college education
Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with bank operating systems
Bilingual preferred 5 years of experience in retail bank operations, consumer/commercial lending, and achieving sales goals

Customer Service Representative - Robious Branch
 
Qualifications:
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for relationship building through identifying needs, providing product recommendations, and referrals. This position assists with quality control as assigned by branch needs.

Requirements:
2 years experience in opening accounts and financial services
Sales and referral background essential
Excellent customer service skills
Platform and Navigator experience desired
Outlook, Word, Excel; familiarity with bank operating systems skills preferred
Bilingual preferred
Business attire required
