Village Free Business Checking designed for a business or organization with low to moderate transaction activity that wants to avoid paying service fees and is not looking to earn interest on their checking account balance.
- $100.00 minimum opening deposit
- No minimum balance requirement and no monthly service charge
- First 1,000 transaction items (checks, deposit items and misc. entries) at no charge. Each transaction item over the first 1,000 is $0.25.
• Village Commercial Checking
Commercial Analysis Checking is designed for a business or organization with high transaction activity.
- $1,000.00 minimum opening deposit
- Charges are based on monthly account activity and may be offset by an earning credit calculated on the account balance.

• Village Non-Profit Checking
Village Non Profit Checking is an account that offers a competitive interest rate and is designed for non-profit organizations. (501-c-3 IRS tax exempt status document required for this account)
- $100.00 minimum opening deposit
- No monthly service fee if balance remains at or above $500.00 on each day of the statement cycle. Service fee is $8.00 per month if balance drops below required amount.
- Interest on collected balances is compounded daily and paid monthly
• Village IOLTA
An IOLTA is a checking account that allows an attorney or law firm to earn interest on short-term or nominal commingled client funds. The interest on this account is remitted to the Legal Services Corporation of Virginia, a non-profit corporation organized for law related charitable purposes.
- $100.00 minimum opening deposit
- Interest on collected balances is compounded daily and paid monthly
- A monthly service fee of $20 is charged to lawyers’ operating account
